We are a well-established and growing plaintiff-side employment law firm in Los Angeles is seeking a driven Employment Attorney to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is passionate about advocating for employees and handling impactful, high-stakes cases involving workplace rights.What You’ll DoManage a caseload of plaintiff-side employment matters from intake through resolutionHandle cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage & hour violations, and whistleblower claimsConduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discoveryTake and defend depositions, attend mediations, and represent clients in courtCollaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparationCommunicate directly with clients and provide thoughtful legal counsel throughout the lifecycle of a caseWhat We’re Looking ForJ.D. from an accredited law school and active membership with the California State Bar2–10+ years of experience in employment law (plaintiff-side experience strongly preferred)Strong litigation skills, including drafting, discovery, and motion practiceExperience taking/defending depositions and participating in mediationsTrial experience is a plus, but not requiredExcellent communication skills and a client-first mindsetAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentWhy Join This Firm?Meaningful work advocating for employee rights and holding employers accountableSupportive, collaborative team environmentCompetitive base salary + bonus structure tied to performanceComprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k)Flexible work environment (hybrid/remote options)Clear path for growth and advancementCompensationSalary range: $140,000 – $250,000+ (DOE)Bonus opportunities based on performance and case outcomes
