HTeaO is currently seeking a Construction Manager to join our growing team!Today, HTeaO is the leading iced tea franchise and is breaking into a niche category within the beverage industry. With a cost-effective business model, the brand operates its own supply chain, significantly lowering the cost of goods. HTeaO serves ultra-premium tea, water, and coffee-related products to customers in-store and through a drive-thru. Twenty-six (26) handcrafted flavors of sweetened and unsweetened tea are sold at each location, created with a proprietary water filtration system and 100% all-natural ingredients.Additionally, the brand continues to expand nationwide, boasting a strong pipeline of over 170 sites under construction and a growing franchise community. Anticipated record franchise agreements are on the horizon for 2026, indicating ongoing success and market dominance.HTeaO believes in creating a welcoming atmosphere and makes a large effort to give back to the local community.Position SummaryThe Construction Manager will own the project tracking and construction support process for HTeaO site development initiatives. This role is responsible for the oversight of new store construction, transfers, and conversions while supporting Franchise Partners through the full construction lifecycle - from permit issuance through final inspections and store turnover.The ideal candidate will successfully execute and manage a carefully designed process while tracking and updating key milestones in Smartsheets, collaborating cross-functionally with Development, Operations, and Franchise Partners to ensure projects remain on schedule and aligned with HTeaO brand standards.Supporting Franchise Partners and serving as a resource to the Development and NSO teams are top priorities for this role.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and track construction projects from permit issuance through final inspections and turnoverMaintain and update project timelines, milestones, and reporting within Smartsheets Forecast construction schedules and proactively identify timeline risks or delaysCollaborate closely with the Project Management, Development, and NSO teams to ensure seamless project executionSupport Franchise Partners through the bidding, permitting, construction, and turnover phasesCoach and guide Franchise Partners, General Contractors, and critical vendors throughout the construction lifecycleVet, onboard, and maintain relationships with qualified General Contractors and vendorsConduct field inspections and review weekly construction reporting and site photos to validate brand standardsEnsure smooth handoffs between internal departments throughout the NSO processAssist in identifying process improvements and operational efficiencies within the construction workflowCommunicate project updates, risks, and key milestones clearly and effectively to stakeholdersManage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detailSupport transfers, remodels, and conversion projects as neededTravel approximately 50% throughout the year to support field operations and project oversightRole RequirementsProficiency using Smartsheets (knowledge of Control Center preferred)Prior experience in Excel (mid-to-advanced level skill)QSR and/or Franchise Experience preferredGround-Up Commercial Construction knowledgeAbility to forecast and manage construction schedules effectivelyStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsAbility to critically problem solve and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Google Drive and Google Workspace platforms (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)Strong task and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively Demonstrated business judgment and decision-making capabilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detailAbility to establish strong relationships and credibility with internal teams, Franchise Partners, General Contractors, and vendorsSkilled at coaching Franchise Partners through the construction phaseLeadership mindset with the ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team playerPunctuality and the ability to follow structured processes and routinesGantt Chart knowledge preferredCAPM or PMP certification preferred, but not requiredThe PerksAs a member of TEAm at HTeaO, you will benefit from programs designed to support your personal and professional goals, including:Competitive salaryPerformance-based bonusesEmployer-contributed Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceCompany-provided and maintained technologyPaid Vacation and Sick TimeOur CultureAt HTeaO, when we say inspire people, we mean everyone.
