We’re seeking a polished, people loving Aveda Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced, guest facing environment. In this role, you’ll be the first impression of our brand, delivering exceptional service while supporting retail, scheduling, and daily front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience Excellence:
Create a warm, welcoming, five-star experience for students, guests, and team members from arrival to checkout.
Retail & Product Guidance:
Engage guests in thoughtful conversations to identify their needs and recommend Aveda and Ultraceuticals products that align with their goals.
Front Desk Operations:
Manage appointment scheduling and guest checkout using Zenoti, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the day.
Brand & Service Standards:
Follow the Aveda Service Wheel to deliver a consistent, elevated guest experience at all times.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services, including pricing, timing, and key benefits.
Team Collaboration:
Participate in meetings and communicate clearly and professionally with leadership and team members.
Operational Support:
Assist with additional duties as assigned to support daily operations and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Previous retail and guest service experience required
Beauty or wellness industry experience preferred
Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
