Must be proficient in neonatal resuscitation, ventilator management, and family-centered care.</p><p>This is a <strong>12-hour shift</strong> role with weekend, holiday, and possible on-call requirements. Floating to similar acuity areas may be required. Compliance onboarding typically takes <strong>4–6 weeks</strong>. A voice and nurse manager interview are mandatory.
