As a Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring process stability, improving yield, and driving quality across our production lines in Taylor, TX.This is a high-impact role focused on process control, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement, supporting both NPI and high-volume production.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct process audits to ensure compliance with SOPs and Work Instructions (WI)Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and drive corrective actions to resolve production issuesOwn and maintain process equipment including ASRS, testers, and production linesAnalyze process capability (Cp/Cpk) and implement improvements to enhance stabilityOptimize test sequences, thermal processes, and material handling flowsMonitor and improve First Pass Yield (FPY) across assembly and test stagesValidate new processes and test methodologies during NPI buildsCollaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Industrial, and Automation Engineering teams to close quality gapsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Process Engineering, or related field3+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing, test engineering, or quality engineeringStrong analytical background with experience in root cause analysis and statistical toolsPreferred SkillsExperience with server and rack-level assembly or manufacturingFamiliarity with capability analysis and yield improvement methodologiesBackground in reliability or thermal testing for server productsUnderstanding of server functional testing and diagnosticsWhy Join CompalBe part of a rapidly growing, high-impact manufacturing siteWork on cutting-edge AI and server technologiesOpportunity to build, improve, and scale processes from the ground upCollaborate with global teams while driving local innovation#EngineeringJobs #TaylorTX #Compal #BuildingTomorrow
