The role focuses on Java application development, API maintenance, and delivering reliable software through Agile engineering practices.The selected candidate must have IRS MBI Clearance and strong experience developing applications using Java and Spring Boot.### Key Responsibilities* Develop and maintain software applications using Java.* Build, enhance, and maintain APIs.* Develop backend services using Spring Boot.* Participate in code reviews and follow established software engineering standards.* Write and maintain unit tests to support application quality and reliability.* Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects.* Collaborate within an Agile development environment.* Follow established Agile delivery and software engineering best practices.### Required Qualifications* Experience with Java development and programming.* Strong experience with Spring Boot.* Experience developing and maintaining APIs.* Familiarity with software engineering best practices.* Experience with code reviews and unit testing.* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software defects.* Experience working within Agile delivery environments.* Active IRS MBI Clearance is required.### Work ArrangementThis is a full-time remote position.## Equal Opportunity3m Consultancy is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to qualified candidates.
