Project Management - Associate

Implement and support any governance and control measures around Middle and Back-office projects focusing on IT project prioritization process and Business Review process. Work collaboratively with the Front Office, Planning, Operations, Finance and Technology teams to help effective project management. Coordinate IT project prioritization process by reviewing new items, cleaning up the master list, maintaining project management registration tool, communicating with IT (Business Management). Coordinate Business Review process by guiding requestor and approvers, sending a reminder, maintaining a summary list, etc. Serve as a primary contact of Enterprise management information from the firm by catching up with the new updates on the policy, ensuring compliance and guiding each project manager, etc. Produce high quality workflow diagrams, dashboards, documents, and presentations for reviewing key performance indicators. Prepare and host meetings, write up the meeting minutes and track action. Support Chief Operating Officer (COO) organization with Firmwide project management related activities including acting as project manager, coordinating meetings and steering committees, status reporting, issue tracking, and resource management. Provide project governance as listed in group's procedure and guide project managers throughout project lifecycle from Initiation to Closure. Provide vendor management support by working on contracts, onboarding consultants, and any other vendor related tasks.Hybrid arrangement - May work remotely 3 days per week.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering or a business or project management related field and 5 years of experience. Required skill set: Project management; business process flowcharts and review; project inventory control; information management and documentation.The required skills do not need to be maintained over the full term of the required experience.Salary range: $150,301 to $155,000/year.
