Project Manager - Renewable Energy
A growing U.S. renewable energy business is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of utility-scale solar projects from the permitting phase through construction closeout and turnover to O&M. You'll work closely with internal teams, contractors, inspectors, consultants, local counties, and agencies to keep projects moving smoothly.The RoleManage projects end-to-end: permitting, construction, commissioning, and O&M handover.Prepare and execute contractor agreements and manage budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.Coordinate equipment, materials, subcontractors, and site activity to keep projects on track.Resolve drawing conflicts and support technical problem solving with consultants and site teams.Maintain strong communication with subcontractors, vendors, owners, and regulators.Support project closeout, including training, warranties, and O&M manuals.Skillset4+ years of project management experiencein utility-scale solar, wind or BESSStrong understanding of solar construction processes, drawings, and specifications.Experience with Microsoft Project, P6, or similar scheduling tools.Comfortable managing budgets, contracts, and subcontractor relationships.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder skills.Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.BenefitsSalary commensurate with experience, with bonus, equity, 401(k) match, and a strong health and benefits package.High-visibility role in a growing renewable energy business.Direct impact on major solar projects and the chance to shape construction strategy and team development.If you're driven, savvy with project controls, and love leading utility-scale solar from desk to field, reach out or apply to learn more.
