Project Manager

The Project Manager will oversee commercial roofing projects from start to finish — ensuring safety, quality, and profitability while maintaining excellent communication with clients, field crews, and suppliers. This role requires a mix of technical knowledge, organization, and leadership skills.Key Responsibilities: • Manage multiple roofing projects simultaneously, from kickoff to closeout • Coordinate schedules, crews, materials, and equipment • Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget • Conduct job site visits and progress inspections • Maintain daily project logs and documentation • Work closely with clients, superintendents, and vendors to resolve issues • Prepare and track change orders, material orders, and submittals • Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies • Support estimating and proposal preparation as neededQualifications: • 3+ years of experience in commercial roofing or construction management • Strong knowledge of single-ply roofing systems (FiberTite, TPO, PVC) • Proven ability to manage crews, subcontractors, and multiple job sites • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Proficient with project management software and Microsoft Office • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionallyWhat We Offer: • Competitive salary • Company vehicle and phone allowance
