Sr. Python Application Developer

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python and Django, with hands-on experience building high-performance GraphQL APIs and optimizing data interactions using PostgreSQL.You will collaborate closely with frontend developers, DevOps teams, and product stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable applications in a cloud-native environment. Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React and messaging systems is a plus.Technologies: Python, Django, GraphQL, SQL, ReactKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and DjangoBuild and optimize GraphQL APIs for performance, scalability, and usabilityDesign and manage PostgreSQL database schemas, focusing on performance tuning and query optimizationImplement caching strategies using Redis to improve application performanceDevelop and manage session handling and data persistence mechanismsCollaborate with frontend teams (React) to deliver seamless UI/UX integrationParticipate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD processesTroubleshoot and debug complex backend issues in production environmentsContribute to system architecture decisions and best practicesPrimary Skills (Required)6+ years of hands-on backend development using PythonStrong experience with the Django frameworkExpertise in GraphQL API development, schema design, and query optimizationSolid experience with PostgreSQL, including indexing, query tuning, and schema designHands-on experience with Redis for caching and session managementStrong understanding of RESTful services, microservices, and API design principlesGood-to-Have SkillsExperience with React (component architecture, state management, hooks)Familiarity with message queues such as RabbitMQ or similarExperience with Docker and containerized application deploymentExposure to AWS or other cloud platforms (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, etc.)Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesContract Opportunity
