A positive attitude and willingness to “roll up your sleeves” is also critical to getting the job done.Experience working across several digital media channels is preferred and a curiosity in emerging media and Mar-Tech platforms.ResponsibilitiesManaging the daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly client conversations related to digital strategy & audience planningWorking side by side with the Planning & Optimization team to ensure tight coordination of campaign setupWorking with traditional strategy team to understand goals, address client needs, and communicate results and insights with clientsOwning the audience discovery & creation processEffectively communicating digital strategy with internal functional teams and clientsQualifications5-7 years of experience and expert knowledge of digital buyingHands-on experience using demand-side platforms a plusExperience managing media teams and client relationshipsPreferredBachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Hard Sciences)Experience working with large data sets, understanding methodologies for evaluating data Ability to self-manage and juggle multiple priorities with strong attention to detailExcellent communication skills, ability to distill key ideas for non-digitally centric teamsProven ability to work with and influence cross-functional teamsStrong knowledge of MS Excel and ability to coach others in shortcutsWorking knowledge of 3rd party verification tools, including DoubleVerifyHands-on experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau - Hands-on experience with campaign workflow tools, including PrismaThis is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.Compensation Range$70,000—$125,000 USDThis role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs.
