Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing technology solutions including MS Dynamics integrations with other Enterprise applications. Act as a key member of the team for development, implementation, and ongoing support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. Strong coding and debugging skills which include customization of entities, Plug-in development, custom and OOB workflows, Ribbon Workbench, Form Customizations, SSRS and security configurations. Perform incident management, problem resolution, and root cause analysis for Dynamics 365 applications. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
