Assistant Store Manager
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily store activities
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper merchandising
- Implement pricing strategies to maximize profits
- Conduct employee orientation and training programs
- Oversee shift management and scheduling
- Utilize retail math skills for financial analysis
- Handle payroll and maintain accurate records
- Implement effective retail sales strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Experience
Required:
- Proven experience in retail management
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and control
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in retail math calculations
Nice-to-have:
- Bilingual proficiency
- Previous experience with payroll management
- Familiarity with clerical duties in a retail setting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $29.75 per hour
