Reports To: Campaigns Data Director Department: AdministrationWork Location: Hybrid (WFH & DC Headquarters)Job Type: Full-Time, Salary ExemptSupervisory Responsibilities: NoThe Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) is the official national Democratic campaign committee charged with electing Democrats to the U. S. House of Representatives. The DCCC recruits Democratic candidates and supports Democratic campaigns - both challengers and Democratic incumbent Members - with a variety of services including field operations, fundraising support, communications assistance, digital strategy, research support and management consulting. The DCCC is supported by the contributions of individuals and organizations, along with Democratic Members, from throughout the country. We look for talented and hard-working professionals who are committed to electing Democrats and winning the House majority.Due to the cyclic nature of our organization, all positions are subject to separation at the end of the election cycle.Position Summary: The DCCC is hiring multiple Regional Data Associates for the 2026 election cycle. The Regional Data Associates will work with the Campaigns Data Director as well as the Organizing, Voter Protection, and Analytics teams to manage the flow of data between various data systems, voter files, voter contact tools, and vendors to help the DCCC's organizing program. The Regional Data Associates will also serve as a help desk for congressional campaigns as they execute organizing programs, providing both training and general assistance to organizers and other campaign staff as they execute programs.
