This includes driving event recruitment and participation, managing registration processes and partner inquiries, maintaining core engagement workflows, and ensuring data and reporting enable effective outreach and decision-making.This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented team member who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys both executing outreach and improving behind-the-scenes processes, and is eager to build skills in partner engagement, operations, and the use of AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and impact.This role has been cross-listed at the Associate and Senior Associate level. Candidates will be automatically considered for both levels.This hire may be based in Washington, D.C.Primary Responsibilities:Event Recruitment & OutreachDrive partner participation in events and services through targeted outreach and campaign executionExecute outreach campaigns to Executive and Administrative Assistants to increase event awareness, drive registrations, and confirm attendanceActivate targeted partner lists, identifying priority segments and key engagement opportunitiesSupport Strategic Leaders with messaging, outreach materials, and scripting to improve partner engagementMonitor registration trends and proactively adjust outreach strategies to improve performanceIdentify opportunities to enhance outreach effectiveness through testing, automation, and AI-enabled toolsRegistration & Partner Inquiry ManagementEnsure a seamless registration experience and timely handling of partner requestsProcess event and service registrations, including managing exceptions (e.g., title restrictions) and resolving issuesMonitor and manage the Research inbox, ensuring timely routing and response to partner inquiriesTroubleshoot registration and participation issues, escalating when needed and ensuring resolutionCoordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and consistent communication with partnersList & Workflow ManagementMaintain the systems and processes that enable effective partner engagementMaintain and update partner lists to ensure accuracy and usability for outreach and engagement effortsSupport list segmentation and preparation aligned to campaign prioritiesIdentify and implement opportunities to improve workflows through automation and AI-enabled toolsCoordinate logistics for partner touchpoints, including campaigns, mailings, and related activitiesSupport broader operational needs across the Partner Engagement team as priorities evolveData Tracking & ReportingTrack performance and contribute insights to improve engagement outcomesTrack and report on partner engagement activity, including registrations, attendance, and campaign performanceContribute to recurring team reporting to keep stakeholders informed of upcoming opportunities and trendsAnalyze outreach and participation data to identify opportunities to improve engagement strategiesSupport data cleanup and validation efforts to maintain high-quality reporting and outreach listsUse AI-enabled tools to improve reporting efficiency and support basic analysisBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree1 year of professional work experience in event operations, marketing, partner/customer engagement, administrative support, or a related fieldStrong writing skills and comfort contributing to written communicationsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsComfort working with data and supporting reporting effortsProficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Familiarity with cloud-based content management platforms (e.g., Box, Dropbox)Exposure to CRM systems, email platforms, or event management toolsInterest in and willingness to learn AI-enabled tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar technologies) to improve productivity and workflowsIdeal Qualifications:Curiosity: demonstrates a strong desire to learn and grow in partner engagement and operationsInitiative: proactively supports team needs and identifies opportunities to improve processes and outcomesReliability: consistently produces accurate, high-quality work and follows through on responsibilitiesOrganization: effectively manages tasks, timelines, and detailed informationAdaptability: responds well to changing priorities and new challengesCollaboration: works effectively as part of a team and contributes to shared goalsGrowth mindset: open to feedback and actively seeks opportunities to improveResourcefulness: able to problem-solve and find solutions with guidanceCommitment to embracing a continual learning environment and contributing to a dynamic and welcoming culture of fairness, authenticity, and belonging in support of EAB's mission, values, and aspiration.If you've reached this section of the job description and are unsure of whether to apply, please do!
