Salesforce Developer Lead/Architect: Contract Remote Guide the organization through a successful migration from our current systems to using Salesforce as our base lead‑to‑cash solution; collaborating with staff and a Salesforce partner.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as primary point of contact for all technical matters on a small Salesforce dev team (1-2 other devs).Lead development, building, extending and integrating the Salesforce platform to meet business needs (at least 50% of time spent on development).Collaborate with the enterprise architect to design solutions.Mentor and upskill team members on the new Salesforce platform.Act as a key technical resource and leader with broad expertise.ExperienceExpert level skills with all types of SFDC administration, development, migration, configuration, and custom app design and development.Experience leading implementation and ongoing development of SFDC environments.Expert level understanding of SFDC architecture, processes, products, app ecosystem, and best practices.Proficiency with Sales Cloud and CPQ.Preferred ExperienceExperience with Pardot, Billing, Mulesoft, Tableau, Slack, and their ecosystems.Key SkillsSalesforce Development and Admin ExpertiseStrong knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, configuration, customization and ecosystemSalesforce Technical OwnershipExperience leading Salesforce implementation and ongoing maintenanceProven ability to play technical owner role for the Salesforce platformDomain knowledge of Lead‑to‑Cash / Quote‑to‑Cash business processesLeadership and mentorship abilitiesStrategic thinking and long‑term sustainability focusStrong communication skillsSeniority Level Mid‑Senior levelEmployment Type ContractJob Function Information TechnologyIndustries Higher Education#J-18808-Ljbffr
