Job SummaryWe are seeking a hands-on Mid-Level Python Developer with strong experience in Python development and exposure to AWS services and modern software development practices.The ideal candidate will have experience building and maintaining production-ready applications, optimizing performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing throughout the software development lifecycle. Experience with Go/GoLang is highly preferred. Experience with Generative AI, MLOps, or AWS SageMaker is a plus.Responsibilities Develop and maintain production-ready applications using Python. Use AWS services to develop and support cloud-native applications. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical issues. Debug applications and identify and resolve software defects and performance issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver high-quality software solutions. Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle. Apply modern software development practices to build scalable and maintainable solutions. Work with engineering teams to solve complex technical problems and improve application performance. Required Qualifications 3–6 years of hands-on experience as a Python Developer. Strong Python programming and software development skills. Experience delivering production-ready code. Exposure to AWS services and cloud-native application development. Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Understanding of machine learning concepts. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients. Bachelor’s degree. Familiarity with Go/GoLang development is highly preferred. Ability to work on-site in Costa Mesa, CA. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Generative AI. Experience with MLOps.
