Title: Remote Appointment Setter – United StatesAbout ST Setting & ClosingST Setting & Closing is seeking motivated and professional Remote Appointment Setters to support our growing sales team. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for individuals who are strong communicators, enjoy engaging with prospective clients, and are interested in developing sales skills in a performance-driven environment.In this role, you will communicate with prospective customers through social media messaging, qualify interested leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team. Training, onboarding, and ongoing support are provided.ResponsibilitiesInitiate and manage conversations with prospective clients through Facebook Messenger and other approved communication channelsQualify leads using company-provided guidelines and criteriaSchedule appointments for the sales teamMaintain accurate records of lead interactions and follow-up activitiesConduct timely follow-ups with prospective clients as neededMeet performance expectations related to appointment-setting activitiesParticipate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing development opportunitiesQualificationsMust be located in the United StatesAuthorized to work as an independent contractor (1099)Strong written communication skills in EnglishSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environmentProfessional and coachable attitudeComfortable using Facebook and other online communication platforms for business purposesPrevious experience in sales, customer service, lead generation, or appointment setting is preferred but not requiredCompensationThis is an independent contractor position with no guaranteed base pay.Compensation may include:Payment for qualified appointments that are booked and attendedOpportunities on completed sales, subject to company policies and compensation agreementsActual earnings vary based on individual performance and results.Training & SupportStructured onboarding processSales and appointment-setting trainingOngoing coaching and mentorshipOpportunities for professional growth within the organizationWork LocationFully remoteFlexible schedule based on contractor availability and business needsHow to ApplyQualified candidates who are interested in remote sales and appointment-setting opportunities are encouraged to submit an application for consideration.
