Spot fit and barriers early.Explain our advisory services, financing options, and the client journey clearly and honestly.Handle objections and answer questions like an advisor, not a pitchman.Guide qualified prospects to a confident decision and secure the commitment.Follow up by phone, SMS, and email. Keep undecided prospects moving toward a clear yes or no.Schedule additional calls when it moves a deal forward.Keep detailed notes and update pipeline stages in GoHighLevel after every interaction.What you need to haveA track record in high-ticket consultative sales, closing, or advisory work, with proof you turn qualified leads into paying clients.The ability to talk money (liquidity, credit, income, investment capacity) without hesitation.Excellent verbal and written English.Comfort selling over Zoom and phone to North American clients.Strong organization and follow-up discipline.Self-motivation and real accountability.
