The ideal candidate combines strong program management expertise with technical acumen and a solid understanding of fintech areas such as trading/brokerages, banking, payments, digital wallets, financial platforms, compliance, and regulatory requirements. As a Technical Program Manager, you will partner with Engineering, Product, Operations, Compliance, and executive stakeholders to deliver complex programs that improve customer experiences and support business growth.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects and programs across product and engineering teamsContinuously monitor scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and success metricsCoordinate amongst cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Compliance, Risk, Security, Operations, and external partnersFacilitate technical and business discussions, and take notes to ensure informed decision-makingEstablish governance processes, status reporting, and executive communicationsMonitor program performance using KPIs, SLAs, and operational metricsSupport development and release cycles: production deployments, change management, breaking changes, and communication thereof to both internal and external partnersCollaborate with third-party vendors, financial institutions, and technology partners when requiredRequirementsBachelor's degree in domains such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field4–7 years of experience in Technical Program Management or Technical Project Management2+ years of experience in supporting fintech initiatives, such as banking, payments, trading, or other financial services conceptsStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologiesExperience managing large-scale technical projects involving distributed systems, APIs, cloud platforms, etcGeneral knowledge of financial regulations and compliance frameworks such as KYC, AML, Customer Risk Rating, Watchlists, etc.Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsExperience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar platformsPreferred QualificationsExperience with embedded finance, financial APIs, crypto, trading/brokeragesFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google CloudUnderstanding of data security, fraud prevention, and risk management practicesPMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or Agile certificationExperience working in high-growth startups or fast-paced fintech environmentsWe offer a competitive compensation package with a base salary range of $145,000–$175,000, determined by experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
