Client SummaryOperates as a national advisory and consulting organization focused on healthcare systems and policy.Works with a broad range of public- and private-sector stakeholders.Provides research, strategic guidance, and technical expertise on complex healthcare challenges.Supports decision-making across programs, operations, and policy initiatives.Maintains a distributed presence to serve clients across the United States.Position ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth across assigned accounts, maintaining deep understanding of client priorities, market dynamics, and competitive contextGenerate and manage a qualified pipeline, lead pursuits, close deals, and expand relationships into new buying centers and business unitsIntroduce and position new services aligned to client needs, contributing to proposal strategy, pricing, negotiation, and deal profitabilityServe as the primary relationship owner, building executive relationships, managing client risk, and leading service recovery efforts as neededLead regular account reviews, including QBRs, performance updates, and communication of client risks and opportunities to internal leadershipMobilize cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality client outcomes and support account growthPartner closely with delivery teams to ensure consistent execution and strong client experienceProvide ongoing account insights and market feedback to leadership, practice leaders, and marketing teamsRepresent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client forums, contributing to thought leadership and market visibilityExperience & SkillsRequired Experience and Qualifications10 or more years of experience in account management, business development, or client leadership within a professional services or consulting environmentProven ability to develop and execute account growth strategies that deliver measurable revenue resultsStrong understanding of consulting sales processes, including proposal development, pricing strategy, and negotiationDemonstrated success building and sustaining executive-level relationships and managing complex client portfoliosStrong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to assess deal profitability and pricing implicationsExcellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills across senior stakeholders and internal teamsExperience operating in a matrixed environment and mobilizing cross-functional teams to execute account strategiesSkilled in strategic planning, pursuit leadership, and closing complex, multi-stakeholder dealsAgile, results-driven mindset with the ability to translate client needs into actionable solutionsHands-on experience using Salesforce for account management, pipeline tracking, and reportingCompensation: $175k-$250k, Health Insurance, 401k, Paid VacationJ-18808-Ljbffr
