DescriptionAbout the RoleRobert Half is partnering with a well-established insurance organization seeking a detail-oriented Client Services Representative to support their compliance and operations team. This role has a strong administrative and coordination focus, assisting with client documentation, internal processes, and regulatory recordkeeping.The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys supporting internal teams and clients, and thrives in a structured environment where accuracy and follow-through are important.Key Responsibilities+ Provide administrative support to the client services and compliance teams+ Assist with maintaining and updating client records, compliance documentation, and internal files+ Track deadlines, renewals, and required documentation related to client accounts+ Coordinate with internal departments to gather information and ensure client files are complete and compliant+ Maintain organized databases, spreadsheets, and document tracking systems+ Assist with preparing documentation for internal reviews and audits+ Respond to client inquiries and support requests in a professional and timely manner+ Support scheduling, document preparation, and other administrative tasks as neededRequirementsQualifications+ 2+ years of experience in client services, administrative support, customer service, or operations coordination+ Experience within insurance, financial services, healthcare, or another regulated industry is a plus+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)+ Strong communication and interpersonal skillsTalentMatchRobert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
