This role partners with HR, Finance, and business leaders to analyze trends related to workforce planning, compensation, performance, and employee experience. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with business acumen and curiosity around emerging technologies, including AI-enabled analytics tools, to translate workforce data into clear, meaningful insights that support the organization's talent strategyData Analysis & InsightsAnalyze HR data across systems (e.g., Dayforce, ATS, engagement tools) to identify trends and insightsDevelop dashboards and reports to support workforce planning, turnover analysis, and organizational effectivenessConduct deep-dive analyses on topics such as attrition, hiring, performance ratings, and compensation outcomesTranslate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadershipExplore opportunities to leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to improve reporting efficiency, trend analysis, and insight generationSupport development of predictive and forward-looking workforce analytics capabilitiesReporting & Dashboard DevelopmentBuild and maintain standardized and ad hoc reports for HR and business leadersDesign executive-level dashboards (e.g., headcount, diversity, compensation, hiring metrics)Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting outputsEvaluate emerging analytics and visualization technologies, including AI-assisted reporting capabilities, to enhance decision-makingWorkforce & Talent AnalyticsSupport workforce planning efforts with data-driven insights (e.g., headcount forecasting, vacancy trends)Analyze compensation and pay equity trends in partnership with Compensation teamSupport performance management analytics, including rating distributions and calibration insightsData Management & GovernanceMaintain data quality standards and partner with HRIS to resolve data integrity issuesSupport development of data definitions, governance frameworks, and reporting standardsEnsure compliance with data privacy and security policiesStakeholder PartnershipPartner with HR leaders (Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, Talent Acquisition) to understand business needsProvide data-driven recommendations to improve HR programs and processesSupport executive reporting and presentations with clear data storytellingQualifications:Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Human Resources, Business, or related field3-6 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or related roleTechnical SkillsAdvanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling)Experience with HRIS systemsExperience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)Familiarity with SQL or other data querying tools preferredExposure to AI-assisted analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Power BI AI capabilities) preferredFamiliarity with predictive analytics concepts and workforce modeling is a plusCore CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to translate data into business insights and recommendationsHigh attention to detail and data accuracyStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities#GH19 #LI-Hybrid #LI-20The Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
