Inpatient Day Call Shift: M-F, 8 hr. days w/ 30 min. lunch Call: Day call 7a-4p Provider must be available to cover all the dates below: April 27, 2026 – May 1, 2026 May 4, 2026 – May 8, 2026 May 25, 2026 – May 29, 2026 June 1, 2026 – June 5, 2026 June 22, 2026 – June 26, 2026 June 29, 2026 –July 3, 2026 Details: Endo procedures in OR and maybe one day/wk. in clinic. Adults outpatient (office/clinic) Support staff: Full staff in the OR No weekends, No Call Looking for someone to do scopes 14-16 patients per day in clinic Onsite lab and xray ERCP not required Prefers a provider who does advanced procedures, but is able to utilize someone who does not. Credentialing timeframe: 90 days No Overtime unless approved. Anesthesia support from both CRNA and Anesthesiologist per GI. No advanced procedures required. Required procedures: Lowers GI Endoscopy Sigmoidoscopy Colonoscopy Required types of upper GI endoscopy: with Biopsy with Foreign Body Removal with Banding of Varices Diagnostic Expenses covered, weekly pay and Occurrence Form Malpractice insurance provided.
