Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Production Supervisor role based in Waupaca, WI. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production activities, manage production schedules, and ensure the team meets quality standards and deadlines. Key responsibilities include production planning, supervising team members, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and communicating with both staff and management to ensure smooth operations. The role requires someone who can lead teams effectively while maintaining efficiency and productivity on the shop floor.
