Assignment Details: Start Date: January 21, 2026 Ongoing Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00a 3:00p + call (3p 7a) Call: Every night; minimal call backs (average 2 3 per month) Setting: Hospital-based; 1 OR Cases: General, Orthopedic, Ophthalmology, Pain Management, GYN, Podiatry Skills Required: Epidurals, spinals, and blocks EMR: Medaxion Credentialing: days (temps available for qualified candidates) Requirements: Active Indiana license NBCRNA certification BLS, ACLS, PALS Clean background and malpractice history preferred About the Facility: Collaborative, all-CRNA environment with efficient turnover times and low-intensity call coverage.
