They partner with global enterprises to deliver cutting-edge solutions across AI/ML, Cloud, and Big Data, functioning as a seamless extension of their clients'The OpportunityWe are seeking a high-octane Director of Alliance to serve as a Senior Regional Growth partner for the USA. This is a revenue-generating role focused on driving growth through a robust hyperscaler ecosystem (AWS, Azure, GCP). You will not just manage relationships; you will hunt for new logos, co-sell with partner sales teams, and leverage funding programs to accelerate digital transformation for customers.LocationPrimary Locations: New York City (NYC) or Atlanta, GA .Remote / Hybrid: While the role focuses on the US market, candidates in these hubs are preferred to facilitate local partner engagement and proximity to key enterprise accounts in the BFSI and Manufacturing sectors.What You Will DoDrive Revenue Impact: Take ownership of partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets, ensuring consistent YoY growth.Co-Sell Execution: Work daily with hyperscaler sales teams to identify and close opportunities in key accounts and new logos.Strategic GTM: Develop and execute Joint Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, including digital campaigns and high-profile marketing events.Incentive Optimization: Deeply understand and utilize hyperscaler funding and incentive programs (e.g., MDF, MAP, or ESAP) to reduce costs for clients and increase margins.Internal Alignment: Collaborate with internal Business Units (BUs) and practices to align partnership strategies with technical offerings in AI/ML, Big Data, and Cloud.Market Presence: Represent the firm at major industry conferences, partner summits, and executive roundtables.Who You AreExperience: 10+ years in IT Services sales and Hyperscaler Alliance management.Track Record: A proven "hunter" mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding multi-million dollar sales targets.Ecosystem Expert: Deep, existing relationships within the AWS, Microsoft, or Google Cloud sales organizations.Industry Savvy: Familiarity with the unique digital needs of Manufacturing, BFSI, Automotive, and Retail sectors.Communicator: A master negotiator who can navigate the complexities of both a fluidic internal structure and the massive bureaucracies of hyperscalers.The ideal candidate is a sales-minded alliance professional. You understand that a partnership is only as good as the revenue it generates.
