Lyons at job meetings and serve as a trusted advisorDrive repeat business opportunities and long-term customer loyaltyProject Execution & OversightDevelop and execute detailed construction plans for major projectsEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsMonitor progress, proactively address challenges, and manage project risksFinancial & Operational PerformanceManage budgets, forecasts, and cost-to-complete projectionsNegotiate contracts, subcontracts, and change orders to protect profitabilityOversee purchasing of materials, equipment, and subcontracted workEnsure accurate and timely progress billings and cash flow trackingTechnical Excellence & InnovationContribute to design-build efforts with expertise in HVAC, piping, plumbing, or sheet metalContinuously evaluate project designs to improve efficiency, productivity, and client satisfactionIdentify and resolve construction challenges before they impact performanceQuality & ProfitabilityMaintain or improve gross profit margins across all projectsSafeguard equipment, materials, and completed work on-siteConduct in-depth project reviews, analyzing logs, schedules, and financial performanceWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field7–10 years of Project Management experience in construction (HVAC strongly preferred)Proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex projects successfullyStrong financial acumen and understanding of project budgets and forecastingExceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skillsAbility to thrive under pressure and consistently meet deadlinesA client-first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding resultsWhy Join H.T.
