The ERP Leader will oversee the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of the IFS systems. Responsibilities include managing system configurations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient planning and execution, analyzing business needs to optimize processes, and providing support and training to users. The ERP Leader will also liaise with finance teams and provide customer service to ensure successful adoption of the ERP solution.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills for evaluating and solving complex business challenges.Hands-on experience with IFS Cloud is mandatoryExpertise in Planning and organizational capabilities to manage ERP implementation and improvements.Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.Knowledge of Finance processes relevant to ERP systems and business operations.Proven Customer Service skills and the ability to support users effectively.Experience with ERP systems and project management is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or other related fields is highly desirable.
