Talent Acquisition Coordinator ($21/hr)
8am - 5pm CST, 5 days a week
Looking for your next career move in the Financial Services arena? We are hiring for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in our Milwaukee, WI office. We are a team of four coordinators scheduling interviews for corporate non-executive level roles This will start off as a contract position and could be extended.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the management of the HR Services Assistant Director, provide high-quality coordination and customer service support to Recruiters, Hiring Managers, interview teams, candidates, and other internal and external partners. This role serves as a primary point of contact throughout the interview and selection process and represents the organization professionally in all candidate interactions, including in person, by phone, and via email.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule non-executive level interviews in alignment with recruiting priorities and service level agreements (SLAs).
Create a positive experience for all by following designated processes and using a variety of available tools such as Workday, Outlook, and Zoom.
Facilitate in person interviews, including booking conference rooms, preparing interview materials, greeting candidates and escorting them to the interview location, and providing refreshments. You may assist candidates with organizing travel arrangements for interviews, as needed
May coordinate candidate assessment process, helping to ensure that we select the best person for the role, every time
Build strong relationships with partners and regularly communicate process statuses and updates so that everyone involved feels knowledgeable and informed
Partners with others to support Operations needs, including but not limited to: system testing, defect tracking and resolution, knowledge sharing, vendor evaluation, within and outside the HR Services and Recruiting Teams.
Qualifications
High school diploma
Minimum of two years of previous recruiting, HR or administrative experience.
Demonstrated superior verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise tact and diplomacy in dealing with others.
Proven ability to apply good judgment in making independent decisions and coordinating information.
Demonstrated ability to independently handle multiple priorities and changing deadlines.
Minimum of two years of previous recruiting or administrative experience.
Strong teamwork orientation with the ability to share responsibilities and interact harmoniously with co-workers and others from across the Company.
Proven understanding of Windows and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook preferred. Applicant tracking system experience preferred.

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
