Program Analyst

Program AnalystThe Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) has a potential need for a Program Analyst to support the 1st Marine Logistics Group in San Diego, CA. The analyst will collect logistics and sustainment lessons in OCONUS environments and support joint and combined operations. Description of Responsibilities: Collect sustainment and logistics lessons learned in Support joint and combined operations with allied and partner forces Ensure comprehensive lessons learned coverage for deployed forces Provide analytical support for forward-based forces operations Other duties as assigned by Supervisor. Required Degree/Education/Certification: Graduate of Marine Corps Command & Staff College or Marine Corps Senior Enlisted Professional Military Education course. (preferred) Experience serving at the Marine Logistics Group level or above is preferred Must possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Degree may be substituted for experience Required Skills and Experience: Ability to communicate and interface with Military leaders and commanders at all levels Ability to work independently and proactively, build rapport with end users, customers, and unit leaders in order to develop effective working relationships Strong verbal and written communication skills Advanced understanding of military tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) Strong analytical skills are a must Ability to adapt to changing working environments and operational tempos Must be able to work on-site in San Diego, California. Ability to work independently in a forward-deployed environment Required Citizenship and Clearance: Must be a U.S. Citizen Must have an active Secret clearance.
