The Registered Dental Hygienist will be responsible for providing preventive dental care and promoting oral health to patients. Daily tasks include performing dental cleanings, conducting oral health assessments, treating periodontal disease, educating patients on proper dental hygiene practices, and assisting the dental team in maintaining optimal oral care standards. Collaboration with dentists and other team members is essential in this role to ensure high-quality patient care.QualificationsExpertise in Dentistry and proficiency in Dental CareStrong skills in Hygiene and Dental Prophylaxis proceduresKnowledge and experience in identifying and treating Periodontal DiseaseCommitment to patient education and promoting preventive oral health practicesValid Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of New YorkExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive patient relationshipsTeam-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate effectively with colleaguesCPR certification and familiarity with dental software are advantageous
