Job Description Sutherlands Organic Solutions: Licensed Lawn Care Specialist Sutherland Organic Solutions is a small, family-owned organic lawn care company based in Johnston, RI.We are currently seeking a full-time Licensed Lawn Care Specialist to help grow and service our customer base throughout Southern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. This is an immediate, permanent full-time position (40 hours per week), Monday through Friday. We are looking for smart, hardworking, and motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our company. Qualifications Massachusetts Pesticide License(Preferred) Rhode Island Pesticide License(Preferred) Connecticut Pesticide License(Preferred) Valid driver’s license Must be at least 18 years old Strong work ethic and reliability Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Good communication skills Customer-service oriented mindset Responsibilities Driving company vehicles to customer properties Apply fertilizer and organic lawn treatments according to schedule and safety procedures Respond to customer questions and requests in a timely, professional manner Assisting in growing sales and customer relationships Measure new customer lawns and provide accurate pricing Maintain daily communication with the office Complete and submit required paperwork at the end of each day Compensation:(Seasonal) Our season typically runs fromSt. Patrick’s Day through Thanksgiving , with opportunity for long-term career growth. ·Compensation:$18.50–$23.50 per hour, based on experience and applicable licensing.
