Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)

Job Overview As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with Pink Mobile Labs & Diagnostics, you will play a key role in promoting health and wellness through evidence-based nutrition and preventive care. You’ll assess patients’ nutritional needs, develop personalized care plans, and provide professional counseling to improve health outcomes. This position offers a dynamic blend of in-office consultations, flexible mobile appointments, and some remote opportunities, allowing you to work collaboratively with our primary care and wellness teams while helping patients achieve their long-term health goals. What You’ll Do Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate nutritional needs, dietary restrictions, and lifestyle factors. Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans that support disease prevention and chronic condition management. Order and review laboratory tests to guide nutritional recommendations and monitor progress. Provide patient-centered health coaching to promote realistic, sustainable lifestyle changes. Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinical staff to deliver integrated patient care. Educate patients and families on healthy eating habits, weight management, and disease prevention strategies. Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR and ensure all records meet HIPAA standards. Stay up to date on the latest research in clinical nutrition, functional medicine, and evidence-based dietary interventions. Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field. Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential required. Current Florida Dietitian/Nutritionist license (or eligibility). At least 1 year of experience in a clinical, outpatient, or primary care setting. Strong understanding of nutrition science as it relates to chronic disease prevention and metabolic health. Experience with EMR documentation and patient progress tracking. Excellent communication and motivational skills with a passion for patient education. Preferred Experience: Experience in primary care, family medicine, or chronic disease management. Familiarity with integrative, functional, or preventive nutrition approaches. Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) preferred.
