Must have CT license. Schedule: FULL TIME only; 5x8, 4x10, and 3x12 available but providers must be willing to work any combination of shifts as client cannot guarantee the same schedule all the time.Call: Not required. Special procedures: The CRNA should be comfortable doing any type of high acuity case in the following specialties. It is a requirement that they are comfortable with each surgery type: General, Ortho, Cardiovascular, Neurosurgery, Gastro, Urologic, Gynecologic, ophthalmologic, healthy pediatrics, and ENT.2 Sites. Level I trauma center.Board Certification: requiredState license required: No, will consider licensure.Minimum experience required: 2 years as a CRNA, no exceptions.DEA: YesEMR: Epic.
