This position works closely with drivers, staff, participants, and families to ensure excellent communication and dependable service each day.Essential Duties & Responsibilities The Transportation Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing daily transportation routes and schedules to ensure participants arrive safely and on time. This position maintains clear and professional communication with drivers, staff, participants, and families regarding transportation needs and updates while providing support to transportation staff as needed. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate transportation records, logs, and required documentation, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and agency policies, and monitoring vehicle maintenance schedules by reporting repairs or safety concerns promptly.
