The company also invests heavily in technology, prefabrication, and pre-planning to ensure projects run efficiently and avoid unnecessary field challenges.They are seeking a Traveling Senior Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale electrical construction projects. This role will oversee daily field execution, manage field leadership teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and electrical codes.Key Responsibilities:Lead day-to-day field operations on large-scale electrical construction projectsManage and mentor Superintendents, Foremen, and field staffEnforce site-specific safety programs and promote a zero-incident cultureCoordinate manpower planning, material flow, equipment, and site logisticsDrive short-interval planning, look-ahead schedules, and productivity trackingOversee installation quality and ensure compliance with NEC and project specificationsCoordinate with owners, general contractors, inspectors, and AHJsReview drawings, identify constructability challenges, and proactively resolve field conflictsSupport commissioning, testing, punch-out, and closeout activitiesQualifications:10+ years of electrical construction field leadership experienceProven experience leading electrical scopes exceeding $20MStrong knowledge of NEC, electrical systems, and construction means and methodsExperience working with large self-perform electrical contractorsAbility to lead large field crews on fast-track construction schedulesStrong leadership presence with excellent communication skills
