In this role, you will help prepare and participate in client meetings, manage follow-up items, perform financial analyses, and support ongoing tax and planning initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a planning professional who wants to deepen their expertise, build strong client relationships, and grow within a collaborative and mentorship-driven team.What You'll Get to DoClient Meeting Preparation & ParticipationPrepare client deliverables, including reports, financial plans, projections, and recommendationsParticipate in client meetings with Wealth AdvisorsCoordinate follow-up items with clients, external professionals, and internal team membersClient Relationship Support Document and track all follow-up tasks in the CRM systemManage agendas, action items, and communications to ensure a seamless client experienceRespond to day-to-day client inquiries with professionalism and promptnessFinancial Planning & Onboarding Support onboarding by reviewing accounts and drafting investment policy statementsPrepare comprehensive financial analyses, including retirement projections, estate planning summaries, insurance reviews, and investment evaluationsConduct research tailored to client needs (tax, investments, Social Security, etc.)Tax Planning & Coordination Analyze client tax returns, insurance policies, and estate documentsAssist with quarterly and annual tax planning processesCoordinate with clients and CPAs on tax-related information and documentationWhat We're Looking For RequiredBachelor's degreeMinimum 2-3 years of experience in financial planning or a related fieldStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ethical decision-makingAbility to communicate financial concepts clearly and collaborativelyHigh level of integrity and a genuine interest in helping clients achieve their goalsPreferred CFP certification or recent exam completion with certification pendingExposure to personal income tax planning or preparationExperience with financial planning software or CRM systemsA proactive, team-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and growCompensation & Benefits Competitive salary + incentive compensationFully paid medical benefitsUnlimited personal time off (PTO)401(k) with profit-sharing planProfessional development support, including tuition and certification reimbursement, plus association membership duesPlease note: Tobias Financial Advisors is unable to provide immigration or visa sponsorship for this position, now or in the future.
