Role Description This is a full-time Financial Professional/Agent role with a pathway to management at New York Life. The role is hybrid, requiring presence in our Sunrise, FL office with some flexibility to work from home. Responsibilities include providing financial planning and advisory services, building and maintaining client relationships, analyzing financial data, creating customized plans, and offering tailored solutions to meet client financial needs. The position provides opportunities for career advancement into management with extensive training, mentorship, and leadership development programs. Qualifications Proficiency in Financial Planning, Finance, and Financial ReportingStrong Analytical Skills to assess and interpret financial data effectivelyExceptional Communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and team membersStrong problem-solving ability and strategic thinkingSelf-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a teamBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferredPrevious experience in finance or advisory services is advantageousSeries 6/66, 7/63 licenses or willingness to obtain them
