Wastewater Project Manager - Lehi, UtahJoin Our Team as a Wastewater Engineer Project Manager!Are you passionate about sustainable infrastructure and ready to lead transformative wastewater projects? We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager Wastewater Engineer to provide extreme client service, oversee the planning, design, and execution of critical water and wastewater initiatives. In this role, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, engage with clients and stakeholders, and drive innovative solutions that protect public health and the environment.ResponsibilitiesProvide proactive leadership and engineering solutions by developing and implementing business development strategies to drive local growth that is in partnership and alignment with strategic goals. Provide professional services for water/wastewater engineering projects to include planning, study, design, and construction administration on projects related to water/wastewater treatmentManage performance of assigned project team members including Project Engineers, Junior Engineers, and TechniciansMaintain existing client relationships and develop relationships with prospective/new clientsIdentify, evaluate, pursue, and manage project opportunitiesProvide quality control and quality assurance on all project workMaintain budgets and schedules of project assignmentsCoordinate, facilitate, and attend internal and external meetingsBasic RequirementsBachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related fieldRegistration as a Professional Engineer or ability to obtain within 6 monthsExperience in water treatment process designStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to travel as required for project/client responsibilities and business developmentAbility to work remotely and manage projects, clients, and project team membersAll applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulationsPreferred QualificationsMaster’s degree in civil engineering or related field8+ years water or wastewater consulting experience in UtahPrior project management experienceProven client relationships and an interest in business developmentKnowledge of Utah design standards and permittingKnowledge of Utah funding programsPhysical QualificationsAbility to walk up to 3-miles on uneven terrain Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time Occasionally climb, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist Occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull light to moderate amounts of weight May require lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds, with rare lifting of up to 50 pounds Ability to inspect equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects.
