ResponsibilitiesGreet patients warmly upon arrival and conduct the check-in process efficiently. Handle phone calls, answer questions, and provide information regarding services and appointments. Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments utilizing our practice management software. Collect and verify patient insurance information and process payments as needed. Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming for patients and visitors. Assist with filing and maintenance of patient records and other administrative duties. Collaborate with clinical staff to streamline patient flow and enhance service delivery.
