Front Desk Receptionist

Front Desk ReceptionistThe Front Desk Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and professional front-desk experience. This role supports both administrative and patient-facing functions to help streamline clinic operations.Key responsibilities include:Answering incoming calls and scheduling patient appointmentsManaging patient check-in and check-out processesVerifying insurance coverage and obtaining authorizationsConducting benefit verification and providing financial counseling to patientsCollecting patient payments (as needed)Maintaining accurate patient records in NextGen (experience a plus, not required)Qualifications:Reception or front-desk experience is a strong plusExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage patients positivelyAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
