This role plays a critical part in managing legal intake processes, communicating with clients and attorneys, and ensuring legal accounts move forward efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and can work independently with minimal supervision.This role reports directly to the Priority Manager and is 100% onsite in Richardson, TX - shift is 9am - 6pmKey ResponsibilitiesManage the legal intake process in a timely and accurate mannerCollect, document, and maintain client and account dataPerform case evaluations and initial screeningsMonitor, review, and respond to the legal email inboxCreate and manage legal tasks within internal systemsReview accounts marked "Waiting on Attorney" and request approvals when settlements fall below blanket approval thresholds or attorney SOPCommunicate with attorneys to obtain required settlement approvalsDiscuss negotiated settlements with clients who may be hesitant to accept offers despite having funds availableGuide clients who receive legal summons and explain available optionsAssist clients in adding funds as needed to complete legal accountsQualifications & SkillsStrong organizational and time‑management skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to meet deadlines with minimal supervisionProfessional, clear communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to manage sensitive conversations with empathy and confidenceComfortable working in a fast‑paced, process‑driven environmentExperience in legal intake, debt settlement, negotiations, or administrative support is a plusWhy Join DebtBlueStable, full‑time opportunity with consistent hoursCompetitive hourly payMission‑driven work that makes a real differenceSupportive, team‑oriented cultureGrowth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organizationEqual Opportunity EmployerDebtBlue, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
