HR Intern

HR AssistantSupport the HR team in implementing initiatives that enhance employee development and support growth across Epta. Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters. Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures. Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts. Investigate complaints brought forward by employees. Support employee development plans and performance management. Manage the organization's employee database and prepare reports. Produce and submit reports on general HR activity. Assist with budget monitoring. Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices. Control that training is carried out coherently to the defined service level. Analysing employee administrative requests. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
