Senior Human Resources ManagerLocation: Columbus, GA (Onsite)Reports To: Chief Human Resources Officer (Raleigh, NC)Classification: ExemptJob DescriptionBioTouch is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to serve as the on-site HR leader for its Columbus, GA manufacturing and fulfillment operation, while also supporting HR initiatives and consistency across multiple locations. This role is responsible for executing HR support across the site, with a focus on employee relations, onboarding structure, and management of a high-volume hourly and agency workforce.This individual will partner closely with site leadership and corporate HR to drive a consistent, compliant, and performance-focused work environment. In addition, this role will help ensure alignment of HR practices, processes, and standards across sites in partnership with HR leadership. This role will oversee HR processes at the site level.ResponsibilitiesEmployee Relations & Leadership SupportServe as the primary point of contact for all employee relations matters across the siteConduct investigations and support performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminationsCoach supervisors and managers on employee-related matters and leadership effectivenessEnsure consistent application of company policies and proceduresPartner with HR leadership to promote consistency in employee relations practices across multiple locationsOnboarding & Workforce PlanningBuild and implement structured onboarding programs for full-time and temporary employeesEstablish and manage onboarding cadence (e.g., weekly orientations) to support high-volume hiringPartner with operations on workforce planning, including staffing levels, shift alignment, and ramp needsDrive consistency in onboarding and training across departmentsSupport standardization of onboarding practices across sites in partnership with HR leadershipAgency Workforce ManagementServe as the primary liaison with staffing agencies supporting the siteMonitor agency performance including attendance, turnover, and productivityPartner with operations to identify and convert high-performing temporary employeesEnsure agency workforce aligns with operational expectations and production demandsProvide input and best practices to support agency workforce strategies across locationsHR Operations & ComplianceEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policiesSupport audits and maintain accurate employee documentationPartner with HRIS and HR leadership to ensure consistency in HR processes and compliance standards across sitesSite Leadership & CultureAct as a trusted HR partner to site leadership teamSupport development of front-line leaders through coaching and day-to-day partnershipIdentify opportunities to improve retention, engagement, and workforce stabilityHelp establish structure, accountability, and consistency across the workforceContribute to broader HR initiatives impacting multiple sites, including leadership development and workforce programsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred5–8+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or high-volume environmentsStrong experience supporting hourly workforces and staffing agenciesProven ability to manage employee relations in a fast-paced environmentWorking knowledge of employment law and HR compliance requirementsStrong communication and influencing skillsExperience with HRIS (ADP experience preferred)Experience supporting or influencing HR practices across multiple locations preferred
