Job Title: Snowflake Data EngineerLocation: Charlotte, NC- hybridRelocation: Open Pay mode: W2 only / No C2CDuration: Contract Job Description:  Work with key business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers and data architects to model current and new data. ·        Should be strong on data modelling, Snowflake and AWS.·        Primary Required Skills: Snowflake, SQL, dbt, AWS Services - Glue Lambda, ECS, S3, Airflow.·        Secondary Skills: Python, Data Vault modelling  Responsibilities: 1) Design, build and maintain robust scalable ELT pipelines in snowflake using dbt, sql. 2) Ingest structured and semi structured data from various sources into Snowflake. 3) Use SQL, dbt, Python and orchestration tools like Airflow , Glue to transform and load data. 3) Monitor Query Performance and implement strategies to reduce cost and improve efficiency. 4) Integrate Snowflake with AWS services like S3, Glue, Lambda, ECS for data ingestion and processing. 5) Develop and enforce data quality checks and validations using dbt or custom scripts.
