About the Opportunity:The Contracts & Integration Lead is a remote role supporting the organization''s global OEM division within the Sales Operations team. The position is responsible for managing customer and vendor contracts throughout the negotiation process, ensuring legal and business alignment, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. Additionally, the role supports Salesforce.com initiatives and performs sales data analysis, contributing to contract management efficiency and sales operations effectiveness.3. Responsibilities:• Review and manage contracts from initial discussion through expiration.• Draft, negotiate, and finalize various contracts, including supply, quality, vendor, development, service, and confidentiality agreements.• Provide guidance on contractual terms to internal stakeholders.• Serve as liaison among internal departments, external customers, and legal counsel.• Prepare contract language consistent with corporate policies and legal input.• Communicate finalized contract structures for implementation.• Manage contract storage, database updates, and expiration monitoring.• Develop and maintain standard contract language.• Oversee customer change notification processes and proper record retention.• Review purchase orders, focusing on contracts related to China.• Lead responses to supplier pre-qualification and online bid processes.• Analyze ad hoc sales data including revenue, gross profit, and customer reviews.• Manage Salesforce.com reporting, Lightning integration, and Wave Analytics.• Lead quote reporting and tradeshow/web lead analytics.• Perform additional reporting and analysis as requested.4. Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree minimum.• Preferred five years'' experience as a paralegal or legal assistant.• Preferred five years’ experience managing Business-to-Business contracts.• Preferred two years’ experience in manufacturing or healthcare.• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.• Ability to process and synthesize complex data.• Aptitude for legal language and balancing business needs.• Self-motivated with strong initiative.• Effective multitasking and prioritization.• Experience working in cross-functional teams.• Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.• Proficient problem-solving abilities.• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred).• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.5.
