Summary/ObjectiveGraphic Systems is a wide format digital printer that has been in business for over 50 years. Our team of customer centric stars use the best equipment and technology to design, produce, and fulfill retail signs and displays. Working directly with customers, account executives and other team members, the Project Manager is responsible for ensuring retail signs and displays are produced and delivered within time and cost constraints.Essential Job FunctionsWork directly with assigned clients in a fast-paced, creative environmentAct as the primary point of contact for multiple clients, and prioritize incoming work from these clientsUnderstand project specifications to develop, implement and manage projects within time and cost constraintsWork with team members to identify workable production solutions for challenging projectsPrepare and submit accurate job estimates and work ordersRequired Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree preferred2+ years of project coordination and customer service experience in printing preferredConscientious self-starter with print production background preferredHighly Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically, Excel, Word and OutlookStrong organization skills, impeccable attention to detail and able to effectively manage multiple tasks while staying calm under pressureExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenPossesses high energy, positive and upbeat personality with a passion for providing outstanding customer serviceGraphic Systems ValuesTake ownership in your workWork for something bigger than yourselfHave the freedom to make decisionsRespect others and encourage diversityEnjoy what you doBenefitsWe provide competitive compensation and benefits that include medical, dental, life and disability plans.
