DescriptionAs the ServiceNOW Administrator, you will be responsible for administrating the ServiceNOW platform, creating governance standards and processes for stakeholder data, validating the accuracy of stakeholder data and creating documentation around each of these areas. Reporting to the Vice President of End User Services you will interact with a variety of IT and business team members to support live integrations, gather data requirements for new and existing processes, provide guidance and implement changes on the ServiceNow platform. The ServiceNOW Administrator / Data Manager has responsibility for all of the data governance, license usage and maintenance processes on the ServiceNOW platform.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform operational administrative tasks on the ServiceNOW platform.Assist with the creation and maintenance of reports for business leaders.Working with the Asset Manager and Senior ServiceNOW Engineer to create data governance processes.Identify deprecated data or functionality and create a plan for removal..Create documentation around data governance processes and active data pointsEnsure that new integrations adhere to data governance standards.Track platform licensing usage and ensure compliance.QualificationsServiceNow System Administrator certified3 years of ServiceNow Administration experience in a working environmentCandidate should have a good working knowledge of ServiceNOW base tables and relationshipsCMDB knowledge, CI relationship and ITSM module knowledge a mustKnowledge of ServiceNOW licensing and subscription modelsAbility to collaborate with stakeholders to jointly develop and implement data governance processesAbility to clearly present ServiceNow knowledge and best practices to key stakeholdersKnowledge of LDAP and Active Directory structure
