Program Coordinator

Role Description: Crossing Boundaries is seeking a motivated Program Coordinator to join its operations dedicated to the groups, meetings and incentive travel industry. The role will support all aspects of planning, administration, and execution of client programs. Applicant must be detail oriented, highly organized, a quick learner, and have extensive functional knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Seeking applicants with a friendly, enthusiastic and professional demeanor interested in working in a tight knit, congenial office environment. Bachelor’s degree along with some travel / hospitality / event management industry experience required. Day to day, you will keep work moving and the office functioning across a variety of areas and will always be ready to learn and assist on the next task. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Design custom program materials for use across print and digital platforms at the direction of Program Managers Write and edit copy associated with internal and external facing communications Manage print production activities across all company programs Assist Program Managers with all logistics, participant and event planning details Maintain office environment and support overall office efficiency via various administrative tasks (filing / typing / mailing / meeting notes / phones etc.) Support and assist clients in-person and via phone / email / video platforms Deliver work product efficiently and with a high degree of accuracy Occasionally assist with on-site program operations including registration, logistics, food and beverage management etc. Perform other duties as assigned by management Key Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality / travel / tourism related role(s) Demonstrated capacity to proactively deliver excellent customer service Efficient and proactive completion of all assigned work Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic work environment Strong track record of maintaining professionalism at all times Highly organized and detail oriented Positive, action-oriented attitude as a self-starter Seek to support additional work in order to make a positive impact as a team player Highly proficient use of entire Microsoft Office suite; Cvent and Adobe knowledge is a plus Ability to strictly maintain confidential information Demonstrated ability to deliver the highest level of service to internal and external stakeholders Experience managing multiple data sources across different platforms Ability to work primarily Monday – Friday with occasional overnight travel to include weekends Demonstrated passion for domestic and international travel Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as needed Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds as well as walk, stand and sit for at least 8-10 hours per day Bachelor’s Degree required Crossing Boundaries LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
